“I don’t like how my bottom teeth overlap my top teeth”

Interference during biting, causing lower jaw to move forward to obtain a stable bite.

Crossbite on the right

Treatment plan: Expansion upper jaw. Followed by braces. (No surgery, no teeth removed)

Total Treatment time: 1.8 years

Case 2

“My child has an underbite"

8 year old,

Reverse overjet (or underbite) due to a smaller upper jaw relative to the lower jaw

Treatment plan: Reverse pull facemask to pull the small upper jaw forward, and hence the upper teeth forward as well.

Total Treatment time: 12 months
